Prices & important information
- Free WLAN throughout the house
- Cosy lounge on the ground floor, furnished with old wood from our farm. Here, you will find a small farm library and board games
- Free car park directly at the house
- Lift, so that all flats are accessible without barriers
- Garden with sunbathing lawn and playground
- Raised herb bed, to pick your own herbs by arrangement
- Lockable bike & ski room in the attic with ski boot dryer
- Rental of snowshoes, toboggans and walking sticks on request
- Laundry room for our guests in the basement (with washing machine and tumble dryer, each usable for a small fee of 2 €)
- Anti-allergy bed linen and towels, pillows and blankets
- Kitchenette with induction hob, oven, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher
- Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
- Children's equipment on request (extra bed & high chair)
- Satellite TV
- Bathrooms with shower, WC and bidet
- Wooden floors in all flats (we ask that you only walk on them with slippers)
- Controlled room ventilation
- Final cleaning of the apartment
- As our guest, you will receive the “Südtirol Guest Pass” (free use of all means of public transport in South Tyrol).
- All our apartments are no-smoking holiday flats.
- Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total price is due to secure the reservation. The remaining amount is then paid the day before departure.
- Cancellation conditions (if you are unable to start your booked holiday or have to cancel your trip):
- - For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. - If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before arrival, we will charge 30% of the booked holiday price.
- We also recommend taking out cancellation insurance, such as “Europäische Reiseversicherung”.
- Payment options: payment by card or cash (bank transfer only possible in advance).
Since 1 January 2023, it is no longer permitted to pay amounts of more than €4,999.99 in cash in Italy. However, the following means of payment are permitted: bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. - We ask you to settle the bill the day before departure
- You can move into the apartments from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know your approximate arrival time. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 am.
- Extras that can be booked (extra charge):
- - Change of towels and bed linen - Farm produce such as milk and potatoes (subject to availability)
- Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of 70% of the total amount booked.
- In the event of no-show, late arrival or premature cancellation, 100% of the accommodation price will be charged.- The prices are to be understood per accommodation unit and per night.
- - High season: arrival and departure on Saturday, with a minimum required stay of 7 nights .
- - Low season: minimum required stay of 3 nights. A surcharge applies for stays shorter than 3 nights.
- In high season, the apartments Dolomit and Aurora on the 2nd floor can only be booked for a minimum of 4 people.
- The prices include final cleaning, electricity, hot water, WLAN and satellite TV.
- The local tax of €2.50 per person/night from the age of 14 is not included in the price and has to be paid on site.
- Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We have made a lot of effort to make the apartments a beautiful place where our guests feel like home. In the event of any damage found at the end of the stay, the corresponding amount will be charged.
- The stay is free for children up to 2 years.
- Children from 2-14 years are charged €10 per night and from 14 years, the full price applies. Extra beds are available on request.
- Unfortunately, your four-legged friends are not allowed in our hotel.
